People around know the world may not be fully aware or appreciative of the influence of anime special effects and stylizations  . While some of you might know it as  stylized Japanese Animation, others may be calling it a better version of the existing American cartoons. And, for the majority of fans of anime, both statements are true. Anime has been in existence for a long time now, and has a following just about everywhere. Because of this, it is big on the internet and its fan-base is increasing.

Anime in Recent Years

If you look back into the recent years you will find that when anime appeared online and  a fan following grew among Internet users. Much of anime’s appeal is due to the characters, stories, and ideas in Anime, much of which is special and unique anime effects. Many websites were asked to put up various anime series so that visitor could come back to enjoy more of  such content. Like present times, the first anime fans online searched for their favorite series and its images and even screensavers from their favorite anime shows. Japanese animation was a great source of inspiration for many viewers, so much so that more and more fans started drawing the anime pictures on their own. This trend continued to increase and later it led to the submission of this art work on various websites enabling others to admire their piece of work. But it was all just a beginning when Anime reached out to numerous people.

Anime Broadcast in the United States

Then American television network gave entry to many Japanese anime shows after 1995. A number of cable television channels (like FOX, Cartoon Network, Sci-Fi, WB etc) came forwards and embraced these shows to play their respective part in the revolution. The anime effect resulted in millions of fans around the globe. One of the initial shows to be aired was Dragon Ball Z. This show became quite popular among kids. With the increase in the population of anime audience, the anime shows also began to increase in number. Now, internet got involved again and it provided access to a number of movie clips and other related multimedia files which were in demand by public. Numerous video clips were downloaded belonging to anime series. Albums and soundtracks were also made available in addition to DVDs that could be bought online or from shops as well. Anime effect continued to be so for years, till the time the upgraded version of anime came into being.

The Continuing Evolution of the Anime Effect

The scenario afterwards was that full episodes of the series could be downloaded from the net. But this also brought with it the restrictions, following which download was enabled. There were statements called terms and conditions that contained all the details of requirements and these were to be followed if any kind of download is to be made. Like if anyone wishes to download the anime episode were required to have the original DVDs of the required series. Failure to do so meant that the website did not take any responsibility of any action whatsoever. Fans were provided with either the direct link or as BiTorrent file, the latest method that is used by many. Hence clear enough is the anime effect on the masses that are fans of this art.
